Inconsistent Activity / Sales Info on Customer Screen

Any reason why the popup screen from the Yellow "Show Activity" Button should display different ( and older results) than the Sales > Transactions Tabs in the same screen?  I can send Screen Shots if needed.

We also should be able to post screen shots here or on a NetSuite hosted page.
