inconsistant URLS in the product feeds

When I view/export product feeds on average 1 out of every 10 products uses the regular NetSuite urls versus the descriptive url.  The products that are listed w/ NetSuite urls definitely have the URL component set and use the descriptive urls on the Web site (ex. on the category pages).  So why are some products exported without the descriptive url?
