HI all,

I have only been using netsuite about 2 months,   and in this time I have had a couple emails come back to me into Outlook, and all of the text is jumbled.

I have originally sent out a html template to a client..  then a week or so later they have replied saying they would like to book, and it comes into outlook and looks like the following........ ( how can i fix?? )
