UPS Printer not working after logging into 2007.0 beta account

I haven't had any trouble with printing UPS labels until today. The only thing I did differently is log into my beta account, poked around a little, then shut beta down. I did not make any changes.

I have deleted my history, temp files, and cockies and rebooted but ups label printing still isn't working. The window pops up, the time bar crosses across the top, than I get two IE errors. The first on shows:

Error: Invalid Character
Code: 0

The second one is:
