field info not matching from cust record and alerts
I am looking at a customer record. This customer is three days overdue, clearly shown on the customer financial tab. However, at fulfillment, the alert is coming up as saying they are four days overdue. Since I have our credit holds set up to kick in at 4 days, it seems there may be trouble brewing between sales and the warehouse.
Why is this happenning?
