Printed Checks Not Lining Up

We are not able to print standard checks.  We just switched from Quickbooks and are using the same 3 checks per page.  We have the second check lining up but the first and third do not.  There doesn't seem to be any margins or areas that we can play with to make this work.  The only thing that we seem to be able to adjust is the font and font size. 

Please don't tell me that we need to buy special checks - we just bought this batch...
