Attaching a Word Doc to an Invoice
When we send out our invoices we would like to also send out a Customer Survey Form.
We created the Customer Survey Form in MS Word & attached it in the File Cabinet in NS.
BUT when we send out the invoice & the Customer Survey Form we would like the Survey Form to pull the name of the Customer it's being sent to, so when they return it, we know who it came from.
On the bottom of the form we put in <NLENTITYID>, but it's not pulling the customer name, it's just showing <NLENTITYID>.
Is it possible to have the customer name pulled onto this form?
