Email Templates: Including Custom Transaction Body Fields?

Hi All,

We are trying to include a couple of custom transaction body fields in some of our email templates so that when we email a customer directly from a sales order the message will auto-populate with data from those custom transaction body fields.  We have successfully included custom entity fields and the <NLTRANID> CRMSDK Tag for transactions.  I'm guessing that custom transaction body fields are not supported as template tags, but I though I'd check here before abandoning this effort.
