sales orders saving when customer is overdue.
Credit holds enforced, system locked down. Now I have at least 1 customer (maybe more) that throw an alert up saying the customer is overdue, but let the sales order save anyway. Alert comes up again at fullfillment, but allows fulfillment to save.
At the invoice level, THE SAVE IS BLOCKED. So, once again, we can ship it, we can sell it, we just can't bill it.
If memory serves me right, this is the same problem I had some months ago. I have sent screen shots to case #582413.
Please escalate ASAP- not sure if this is ver 07, or what. At this point, not certain I care. I need to get my system back under control guys, and I need it done soon.
