Customer ID/Company Name Issue - not always showing both
I don't know what is the factor causing this, but when running cash sales, printing sales order, etc. some of my company names show after the customer ID and some do not.
We would really like to be able to see the customer ID and the Customer Company Name for all these transactions.
For instance: I have an
account #: BETH01
Company Name: Bethlehem Area School District
and
account #: QUAK06
Company Name: Quakertown Midget Football Association
When I use the BETH01 account I only see "BETH01" in the Customer:Job field
But
when I use QUAK06 I see "QUAK06 Quakertown Midget Football Association"
