2007.0.5 - Bulk Fulfillment Still Pending ...

Hi All,

Normally our bulk fulfillment would complete within a matter of minutes.  Today we submitted at 1:16 PM EST ... it is now 2:46 and the status is still PENDING 0% COMPLETE.

What has gone so drastically wrong with 2007.0.5 that we are getting hit so hard today with problems?
