Search not reporting correctly

We have a saved search that shows various dates and information about an order.  Not all the fields are required on the order, SO what's happening on our search is the 1st line on the search fills all the fields in, even though on the order where it's pulling it's information the fields may be blank.  The rest of the lines (orders) are fine, it's just the 1st line has false data (if not all the fields on the order had information in them.
Is this happening to anyone else?
Any suggestions?
