Print Purchase Order Queue

I am trying to get our Sales Administrator to be able to use the Print Purchase Order Queue. When a Drop Ship Sales Order is approved, the Purchase Order is created and sent to the queue. As an Administrator, I can get into this form. However, I cannot figure out how to get my Sales Administrator into it. Where, in the Manage Role, would I enable this? Or is there some other way to do this?
