Inventory weird quantity! Help!

In the inventory tab of an inventory item:

How come an item that has purchase price =187.67 and Quantity On Hand =1, has a Total Value=148.47
How is this possible?
It must be 187.67 * 1 = 187.67

Can someone explain this to me???
