Error Message on CSV Import

Help please ! New to Netsuite ! Have 2007.0.5 just arrived . On attempting to import via Excel constantly get message : The following file(s) could not be uploaded because of one or more errors. Please correct and re-upload.    Different number of columns than in the header row. First found on line 1

Have tried now for 2 days to overcome this ; am @ a loss as to where abouts i am going wrong ? Tried for 2 weeks prior to new version arriving to import lead records but decided to wait for upgrade !!

It is vital for my new business that i crack on now & succeed in my importing myself ; any help greatly appreciated ,
