Importing child accounts

Hi, Does anyone know the correct format for importing child accounts into the chart of accounts? I am getting an error message which tells me that the parent hiracy is incorrect when i have the parent accounts account number in the parent field.

I have also tried importing the parent account number and name in this field (same error message).
