Navigation broken and Pictures problem

I have a serious problem with the navigation on some items on my site. When I click on an item I expect to see the navigation appear on the left side and the breadcrumbs to be there, but instead I get just the item in the template that's created for it. Again this is only on some items, and I've checked all the template values of the products that it happens on and they are consistant with all the others do not have this problem.
I submitted a support ticket for this a while back, but netsuite never got back to me (even have making a comment on it again a couple times to see what the deal was why it wasn't getting answered.) The case number for this is 589734
