Help...v2007...has the "add,insert,remove,cancel" bar all the way to the left

Did anyone experience the problem of the add...cancel bar that is usually located at the right of a/r,a/p and jrnl entries so that you may add a line moved way to the left hand side partially off the screen so that you cannot use it at all? If anyone has any suggestions as how I can bring it back to the right position, it would be greatly appreciated. I have tried rebooting, drop and drag, but to no avail. If I move to firefox the bar is in the correct location, if I move to another computer the bar is
