Contact Records - Attention & Addressee Fields
When I create a new contact within an existing account the contacts name is placed in the Addressee Field of the Address tab and the Attention field left blank. According to the Help link the contact name should appear in the Attention Field and Company Name in the Addressee. As a result all template letters lack the company name and need to be edited, thus rending bulk campaigns a none starter at the moment.
Has any one else experienced this problem or aware of a fix?
