Filter Report on Custom Field

Hi,

I have a custom field on my transactions called Owner. This field is of type List/Record and the List/Record is Employee. I have a few reports that filter transactions based on this Owner field. The problem is that recently we have added a few new employees and when I try setup additional reports that filter based on these new employees, their employee records do not show up when selecting values for this field in the reporting tool. I've searched and hunted for the new employees in the selection dialog, but they are definitely not there. Any ideas as to why
