User Access Email-Auto Sent Multiple Times
We have a customer who registered online. When we authorized her account, the default user access e-mail got sent out (this is normal) on 8/2/07. However, the customer has since recevied the exact same e-mail 7 times an hour since then. We have tried removing her e-mail address from her file, making her inactive, and removing her online access. None of these has fixed the problem. This is the only customer so far that has had this problem.
