Something Is Seriously Messed Up
Hi All,
As of 11:17 am EST this morning (7/18/2007) we started seeing every ITEM OPTION that is marked REQUIRED showing up as columns in sales orders. These are item options and never have been and should not be listed as separate columns in sales orders.
It gets worse ... our sever scripts are now failing since every single required item option has been associated with every single item that we offer for sale, which means every attempt to save a sales order fails.
We have submitted case #595890 concerning this issue. This is seriously impairing our ability to conduct our business. Netsuite, please get someone on this ASAP.
