Saved Csv Imports

The new (rel 2007) Saved CSV Imports menu is accessible only from the Admin/Full Access Role. Does anyone know how to give access to this role to a non-Admin user? I have tried everything, but that menu comes back with the message "Permission Violation: only the adminstrator may currently access this page". New CSV Imports are working fine.
