R. 2007 Probelms with dynamic tags

my netsuite website is

Since being upgraded to r. 2007 last night, it is no longer handling some dynamic tags correctly. It shows this:

You have [Error processing dynamic tag getCartItemCount() : Unknown method getCartItemCount()] items in your cart.
Your total is [Error processing dynamic tag getCartTotal() : Unknown method getCartTotal()]
