Searches Timing Out - Possible to Raise the 3 Minute Cap?

I have a saved search that is available for customers to run in the customer center.  However, if there is any load on our database at all (And we are on our own database now due to our heavy usage and affecting others performance) this search will time out since it takes more than the 3 minutes alloted for searches to run.  I have talked to support, finally got it to run when on the phone with them (not due to their help, due to me running it 5 times consecutively while she monitored our db usage, and it ran
