JPEG files Vs. PJPEG files

edited Dec 3, 2019 3:23PM in General 3 comments

I am having problems when attaching a JPEG file to a fax and also downloading some JPEG files for a Catagory Image for my web store.  The downloaded files show up as PJPEG type files. When the PJPEG type file is transmitted to my e-mail provider the file is stripped from the transmission.  Netsuite shows that no files were attached.  When the PJPEG file is created for the Item Image for the Store, that image shows it as a PJPEG type file.  That image will not load into my store.  This has occurred several time and with several different files.

Howdy, Stranger!
