Missing Netsuite Buttons in Email

I have installed Outlook Integration and it says it is installed properly.  There are no netsuite buttons appearing on my toolbar.  I did this before and it worked fine.  One day my buttons were gone, so I reinstalled the software but have been unable to find the buttons in outlook ever since.  Is anyone aware of settings in outlook 2003 that need to be changed since the netsuite upgrade, or do you have any other suggestions?
