Web sites layouts are inaccessible ...

Setup>Web Site>Layouts

If I navigate there I'm taken to Web site setup assistant.  I can't edit my layouts at all.  Ack! 

This behaviour occurs on multiple computers and just started.

Does this happen to anyone else?

Edit: This is still an issue for me but navigating to https://system.netsuite.com/app/site/setup/storeitemlistlayouts.nl is a workaround.
