Prospects data importing problems

Hi,
I can't seem to import any of my data (mostly prospects data) into the system - I map out the fields correctly however, each import attempt results in "failure - unexpected error".

Unfortunately, the system doesn't provide any kind of details as to what's causing the error in the imports.

Any ideas and help would be grateful.
