Error Viewing Purchase Orders
We are encountering some serious problem after the new release. After a purchase order is created, we are able to edit and print it, but NOT VIEW it.
1. Logging in as Administrator
2. Go to Transactions>Purchases/Vendors>Enter Purchase Order>List
3. In the list of purchase orders, we can edit and print any of them, but when we click "view", then we get "An unexpected error has occurred".
We got the same error whenever we try to view a PO from other screens as well. We logged a call with Netsuite support, but we were told there was not a problem.
