Knowledge Base Topics Not Showing with v2007
Hi everyone,
We have a fairly large internal Knowledge Base for all of our employees to be able to access via the KNOWLEDGE BASE tab, with multiple topics within. After the upgrade to v2007, the topics now do not show anything. None of our settings have changed and we have not added anything new to the KB. When you click the KB tab up top, the main topics show...but when you click on any of them you get a blank screen. I've checked all of our settings and none of them look wrong.
