Customer Center Role
Customers are calling and stating they can't click on a transaction & view it any more. They go to "View All Transactions" & when they click on the date to view it (or if they key in the transaction in the quick search) it gives them an error message. When I went & tried it I got the same message.
SO that's problem 1.
When I went into Manage Roles to look to see if something changed on the role, every transaction is listed 5 times, each with a different level, None, View, Create , Edit & Full.
What's up with this?
