Account Merge Function Not Working
Our company is doing some clean up within our chart of accounts and I was going to use the Merge Account function and found it does not work as advertised.
Here are the steps I have done (Role = Administrator):
1. Click on 'Edit' next to the account that I want to merge into another account.
2. Click on the 'Merge' button.
3. Screen displays "Merge From" account on first line, which is the account I selected to edit. The second line displays "Merge Into" and has a drop down box.
4. Click on the drop down box and it is empty.
I have read the online help and I am making sure that I am only merging like account types.
