Change company country/currency ?

Hello
Hope somebody can help me:

How can I change my company's country and currency in the setup menu?
Default values are "Thailand" and "British pound".

Normally I should have the possibility to change these values (Logged in as administrator; Setup - Company - Company Information)...!?
