Sales Order Disappears

I put this in as an issue on 8/21/07 (#610216) and have not heard a word (Status = NOT STARTED). :mad:

When a customer has a declined credit card and we hit the go back button the whole sales order is gone. This has happened to 3 different order takers on and off for several weeks. The customer information still exsists but all the items are gone. We just had it happen again today for a $500+ order and lost the whole order and the customer hung up. This is a very serious issue for us and I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue? It does not happen with all declines (the last one was a debit card
