Delays in adding new/updating existing item records

Anybody else having trouble getting item records to refresh? I'm having really lengthy delays (from hours to overnight) in getting new items to appear on my website. I'm also noticing a delay in getting my webstore search to find items with new/updated search keywords.

Clearly, these are caching issues, but I didn't have problems like this before Monday.

I know all about updating my browser's cache, and have done so. I also have tried refreshing the site by opening and saving my Website Setup. Neither method works.

Can this be related to the "performance issues" NS is experiencing this week?
