Emailed POs not getting to vendors

Is anyone having a problem with their emailed POs?  I have had several vendors tell me that they are not receiving our emailed POs even though the emails are appearing in the Messages Tab of the PO.

All of our POs are drop ship POs and they are being emailed by various users, going to various vendors whose email addresses have been double checked.
