Significant Web Services Slow Down

Hello All,

I am using the 2.5 endpoint and noticed a serious slowdown with web services today.  I just checked my integration report and it took 3 minutes to do a sales order get.  Anyone else experiencing these issues?

UPDATE:  I just received a "java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException" exception from the program I was running if that helps any.
