Password problems when trying to enter direct deposit information

HELP!

I'm trying to enter direct deposit information for the chairman of the board (setting him up as an employee) to reimburse his expenses.   He has access to other companies who use netsuite.

I cannot add this information or "save" because I get this message that the passwords don't match.  I've done nothing to his password and I dont wish to edit it (and screw up his other systems). 

The "confirm" password field is blank. I need to get a direct deposit out to him ASAP
