Netsuite Down?? Shopping Cart Dead!!
Orders came to a dead stop yesterday afternoon, and it has been an unheardoff 24 hours of no orders.
So I went to my external web site and added an item to my shopping cart.
and got:
document.write('Error - Company id parameter (c=xxx) was not provided on the URL\n');
URL showing as: http://shopping.netsuite.com/app/site/query/additemtocart.nl?posttoget=T
Also quantities are showing up as: We%20have%201%20left uh??
ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS PROBLEM!! I'm a small business and cannot afford a dead shopping cart!!!!
