Kits showing "zero" instead of member quantity

We have been using kits with 1-member sku's for a few years now with good success - anytime we do an estimate using a kit, it would show the exact qty of the member. 

However after this weekend's "update", our kits are now showing "zero" qtys for the Available column and nothing for On Hand,  even though the member shows qty 500 units in stock.

This is happening consistently with all our kits and has thrown our sales numbers off as our staff thinks we do not have the items stocked.

Can anyone elaborate if this issue is affecting anyone else in a similar manner, if Netsuite knows about this, and if there is a fix available?
