CSV import contacts - a bug
Hey colleagues, wanted to report a current bug here with CSV import, so you would be aware of that:
I imported customers (CSV). I specified one parent customer ("child of" field) for the customers I imported as "default value" while matching the fields.
After that I imported contacts separately for the same companies And it didnt work, it gives back error in CSV file "invalid company reference".
If you update at least one imported company inside netsuite the way it becomes without a parent - the system starts importing contacts for that very company.
If you put into company name column (in CSV file) the following sequence :
