UPS Error 190102
I'm trying to delete an order fulfillment because the COD amount was calculated incorrectly. Our Whse has already printed labels and when they tried to delete the transaction they received the following error;
[COLOR="Blue"] XML Sent to UPS returned error. UPS Error Severity: [Hard]. UPS Error Code: [190102]. UPS Error Description: [No shipment found within the allowed void period]. [/COLOR]
Shipping Date is today and any help would be Great
