Failing updates on sales order from website

Hi, we created a script that updates the leadsource and class fields depending on a customer fields logic. For orders coming from backend it works, but for orders coming from website netsuite overwrite the values setted up by the UE script.

Can someone from netsuite take a look on this? This is extremely important for our client.
