Email functionality from PO trans gone

Didn't want to hijack to email attachments thread from yesterday . . .

However, it seems that some changes have come down the pike - perhaps we are the only ones experiencing this.
Before I log a case:
I cannot email a purchase order anymore to anyone other than the email address that is assigned to the vendor.
The only email functionality that remains today is the basic default of 'to be emailed', 'to be faxed', etc.

Prior to expounding here, is anyone else experiencing this?
