Search Schedule Problem

Hi there,

When I schedule a saved search as a monthly event, say sending the saved search resulte via email every first day of each month, but the search result is being sent out DAILY instead of Monthly. I've logged a case last week, but nobody responded. The case# is 621323. Any idea what's going wrong?
