Access Tab not showing on Supplier/Vendor Resord.

Hi All,
I have identified that the Access tab is not showing on the Supplier/Vendor record for any recorded supplier in my account.

The effect this is having right now is that I cannot remove the Accountant Role from one vendor to another...

I cant call Support right now as I only have Silver but was hoping someone could tell me I am doing something wrong before I call support.

I am using the Default Administrator and Accountant roles which have the Suppliers permission and I am using the default Suppliers form...

Can anyone help ?
