UI improvements

Hi:

I'm an end-user with a Sales role and new to NetSuite.

In my role, I access Contacts, Accounts and activities associated with them.  The UI for these areas contains a great deal of white-space while the text is quite small.

How can we improve this?  I've used Salesforce.com, SalesLogix, Siebel and Onyx - all have a better UI.
