Vendor Return Authorizations - DOES NOT ADJUST INVENTORY

Anyone at Netsuite monitoring this?

Vendor Returns just does not work.
Please DISABLE THIS FEATURE until it works!!!!

NETSUITE SHOULD ADVISE ALL CUSTOMER NOT TO USE THIS FEATURE

Today I had for one inventory item:
Quantity On Hand  1  
Quantity Committed  0  
Quantity Available  1 


did a vendor return authorization (drop ship NOT CHECKED) (approved it)
Quantity On Hand  1  
Quantity Committed  0 (WRONG... 1 COMMITTED TO VENDOR RETURN) 
Quantity Available  1   (WRONG)

fulfilled the vendor return
Quantity On Hand  1   (WRONG)
Quantity Committed  0 
Quantity Available  1   (WRONG)

did a sales order for this inventory item (approved it)
guess what.... netsuite committed the item which we no longer have in stock
