HELP!!! NetSuite Task Alert went to customer
CASE # is 626507
A user completed a task and the client received an email alert that the task was completed. Why did this happen? Normally, the alert goes to the person who assigned the task.
I looked at the search the alert was based on and conjectured that it may have been the "Send to Recipient Field" checkbox which was checked. However, there is no definition for that field except "This field is not editable." In addition, there is nothing on the task to indicate a recipient.
Help. This is a major problem!
